Recording the Null Paradox song Despair took more than a village. Twenty-six artists in the US, UK, and Portugal worked on bringing our music to life, including an orchestra recorded at St. George’s Hall in Bristol, UK. No Artificial Intelligence (AI), including AI music, were involved–more on that in a future article.
Continuing with our Willy Wonka analogy, this is our second new song since we turned our factory lights back on.
Null Paradox Victoria & Seth | Despair
The story of Despair is a poignant one, reflecting the tumultuous relationship between Victoria and Seth. Victoria, grappling with the loss of Seth, her once-in-a-lifetime love, experiences the ten stages of grief. This narrative is unfolding online, through our music (With Despair being the 4th of 10 songs), and in an upcoming steampunk fiction book (Victoria & Seth, Book 2 of 3). The concept of “stages of grief” was inspired by the groundbreaking work of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and David Kessler.
